Kofax Temporary Activation Code Website - Usage and Link

You may Request a Temporary Activation Code from Kofax's Site to address the following issues:

·       Volume Increase .  You have run out of volume, and need a temporary boost to continue operations until you can order additional volume.

·       Date Rollback .  You have received a date rollback message (8064: "The date on the license server has been rolled backwards.") and need to continue operations.

·       Evaluation Date .  You have an evaluation copy and need a date extension.

·       Move Software License.  You have a software license and need to move the license to another system.

The license generated will address the above situations for 5 days from the date of submission. These are the stipulations for use:
After 5 calendar days the temporary license will expire whether activated on the system or not. 
The license can only be used once. The license activation information does require manual activation. 
Within 5 days of receiving your temporary license contact Kofax Sales Support at the number or email address below to discuss a permanent solution.

The information collected by Kofax is to contact for resolution purposes.  Please make sure that the contact information being entered is the same as whom is taking ownership of this process.

In addition, the Serial NumberProduct Code, and Current Machine ID (MAC ID) is required in order to submit.

A temporary code will be given (good for 5 days).  Although this is not the permanent solution (to use the temporary code generated), the code can be used in situations where you need to get up-and-running quickly, etc.  It is not mandatory to use the code in all situations (such as moving the license from server to server for example) and you will need to wait for a Kofax response.

A permanent solution will be addressed by the Kofax Sales Support Staff during their regular business hours (typical turnaround time is 24-48 hours).  If you do not get contacted in that timeframe, you may call into their Sales Support Team at 949-727-1733, Option 1, Option 1 or send an email to info@kofax.com
