Gathering Logs from Kofax Capture
Batches that have been exported/released and/or deleted from within Capture will show in the log_yymm.txt log file. Errors are logged in the err_yymm.txt file.
On the Local Workstation Log Location: C:\ProgramData\Kofax\Capture\Local\Logs
On the Capture Server:
Local path when accessing from server: C:\ProgramData\Kofax\CaptureSV\Logs
Network path: \\CaptureSV\Logs
