COVID-19 Advisory

InfoCap Networks LLC is monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and has put in place the necessary measures to protect all of its stakeholders. We are assessing the situation daily, remaining vigilant and following all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities.

Please be assured that while we remain focused on the health and safety of our employees and those around us, we also are focused on continued service to our customers. We have taken steps to make sure we can continue to deliver the level of quality, excellence and timeliness you are accustomed to from us during these unique circumstances.

Starting in 2013, InfoCap has focused on embedding a culture of “work anywhere” and has invested in numerous virtual collaboration tools, including Cisco Webex Meetings and Microsoft TEAMS. Employees have allowances for telecommunications and home office expenses to ensure they have a productive space at home to work and get things done. Additionally, we are well positioned to continue to support our customers from our home offices. InfoCap’s entire team has always been geographically distributed, so being apart from each other every day is not new to us or our customers and has allowed us to keep our business running successfully. AWS is our Cloud hosting partner and has extensive contingency planning in place to support both our internal environments and our business partner environments.

We will continue to analyze the business impact of COVID-19. This includes the safety and well-being of our employees and the delivery of products and services to all of our customers.

Best Regards,
